Mark your calendars for Lion Stampede!

May 1st - only 2 weeks away!

During school hours: All students will celebrate RP by racing around our track, playing on the bounce houses, and participating in the candy walk during the school day.

In the evening: The fun continues with lots of fun games, prizes, auction items, bounce houses, food, and more! Learn more about it in the video below.

Stampede 26 Information

Lion Stampede - "WE ARE RP" - in 3 weeks!

RP will celebrate the 24th year of the Lion Stampede fundraiser with the theme, "WE ARE RP". Join us for a fun run, carnival games and activities, bounce houses, online auction, and food trucks --- coming on May 1, 2026.

Our goal is to raise funds to support our 2026-2027 field trips, online subscriptions, curriculum resources and grade level projects to promote hands-on learning. All money raised impacts EVERY student and staff member at Regency Place Elementary!

New this year: The Melt Foodtruck . Dinner options are available from $7-$13, including items such as Mac 'n Cheese, Grilled Cheese Sandwich, and Hot Dogs.

Lion Stampede - Pre-Orders - due April 20th

Pre-order tickets will come home with race bags and t-shirts the week of the Stampede race.

Volunteers Needed for Lion Stampede

4/23 Foam Party from 12:30pm to 3:30 pm - help lead students from their classroom to the foam party area
4/26 Race Bag Stuffing from 9:15am - noon; this is an assembly line activity where volunteers stuff race bags with t-shirts, pre-sale tickets, and goodies from corporate sponsors.
5/01 Day of Stampede Activities:
- Bounce House (supervise students in bounce houses)
- Goodie Walk (make sure teachers have enough candy),
- Raffle Setup (setup tables with raffle items),
- Games Setup (setup games throughout school for use that evening during Lion Stamped event)

5/01: Stampede Night
- games and activities - spending a 30 minute time slot supervising a game and handing out prizes
- food - take tickets from the pre-sale and hand out food items
- bounce-houses - rotate groups of children every couple of minutes and supervise.
